I contacted the host about checking in late on New Year's Eve because of transportation issues. They provided me with a different postcode than what was initially given. When I arrived at the new location, there was nothing there, and I had to wait an hour for someone to answer my call. This was a challenge since I was with my partner and we expected a smooth experience.
The lack of communication and clarity was frustrating. I felt unprepared after spending on taxis and was left in a difficult situation due to the incorrect information.

I really enjoyed my stay at 22 Bed & Breakfast. The double or twin room with garden view offered a spacious layout, making it feel cozy and friendly. I appreciated having a kitchenette, which made preparing snacks easy. The room had a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi that worked well. The location was perfect, close to interesting attractions, and it was a nice area for strolls. The staff provided friendly service during my interactions. there were a couple of downsides. The cleanliness could use improvement, as I noticed some areas appeared neglected. the check-in process was a bit confusing, leading to a slight delay at arrival. The noise from upstairs affected my sleep quality. these aspects could improve the experience.

The Double or Twin Room with Garden View offered a decent backdrop for a night’s rest, with some greenery visible from the windows. The garden layout appeared charming from outside, giving a glimpse of potential tranquility.
Arriving to a room that was uncomfortably hot due to an unresponsive radiator dampened the experience significantly. The bed slats were broken, leading to uncomfortable sleep, and I found trash hidden under the bed. The walls carried a layer of grime that made the space feel less inviting. Location-wise, it's nestled into an area that might raise some eyebrows, especially with the night noise from nearby residents. I was left with the impression that cleanliness and maintenance could use some serious attention, as they detracted from what could have been a relaxing stay.

The room was decent, clean and tidy with a fridge, kettle, and microwave, which made things a bit easier. The bed was comfortable, and it was warm enough for the two nights we stayed. It was nice to have tea and coffee supplies. Location was great too, close to shops and bars, perfect for a night out. But the bathroom was a bit lacking, and it could use more toiletries. Could've been better overall.

The cleanliness and maintenance need serious attention!!! The shared bathroom situation is quite unacceptable, particularly for the price charged. communication issues created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience!!!
